Black Leaders Advancing Quality Urban Education is a grassroots movement of parents, teachers, young leaders, and advocates for improving the academic, economic, social, emotional , and life outcomes of Black children in public schools.
Dr. Hill is a native of Kansas City, has held elected offices on the Kansas City Public School Board and The Kansas City City Council. Currently, Dr. Hill also serves as the Chair of the Urban League of Greater Kansas City, Vice-Chair of the City Planning Commission, and board members for Turn The Page KC and The Urban Neighborhood Initiative.
